DCD Solutions (Pty) Ltd T/A DC Digital Home & Business IT Installation Solutions was founded by Dane Christian Field during the 2020 lockdown, built on nearly two decades of hands-on experience in the IT & Security Installations industry.
Dane began his career at 19 as a junior alarm technician, steadily working his way through the industry. Over the years, he partnered with his brother Craig Field — a highly experienced systems specialist who now serves as Technical Director of DC Digital. Craig brings over 20 years of experience in his own right. His knowledge in this space makes him a highly valued member of the team, leading on-site operations, programming, and quality control.
From its beginnings as a solo venture, DC Digital has grown into a trusted name across Cape Town. Today, we operate from permanent premises with a fleet of vehicles and a strong local presence. Our team is known for delivering high-quality, standards-compliant installations with exceptional attention to detail.
